xis6 Terms and Conditions

xis6 ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online betting and casino service for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between xis6 and its users ("members", "you").

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may request identity verification documents (national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document) at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any other person is prohibited.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions on xis6 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting purposes only; use for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical issue or incorrect information, please contact our support team. xis6 will not be liable for any financial loss caused by technical errors.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A person may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Restrictions may apply to certain games when playing with bonus funds.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated with the offer; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after it expires.
• xis6 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The xis6 VIP program has 5 levels:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

VIP level advancement depends on a player's overall activity and is at the discretion of xis6.

6.1 Game Services

xis6 provides slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and various other game services. Each game has its own rules and it is your responsibility to read them before starting a game.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

If a technical issue causes a disruption during a game session, xis6 will review the server logs to determine the result of that game. The information stored in the server logs will be considered final.

6.4 Malfunctioning Games

If a software error in a game produces an incorrect result or an abnormal win, that transaction will be considered void. The principle that "a malfunction voids all pays" always applies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Strategic risk-free betting (arbitrage) for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
• Accessing the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical method.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using xis6's intellectual property (logo, content, software) without permission.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited.

8.1 xis6's Rights

xis6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Direction from a regulatory or legal authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time through our support team. Any outstanding bonuses will expire before the account closure request is processed.
